Returns

Returns/exchanges are accepted on all unworn items with original packaging/tags within 14 days of purchase. Please e-mail help@shopatjulia.com to initiate the return and exchange process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of getting store credit or exchange. If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed.
